Roots firmly in place in Hyderabad and growing up in New Delhi Anisha has the fabulous lineage of a Hyderabadi Father and Goa’n Mother.. ”Being the recipient of the prestigious Times Food Awards every year since we opened our doors in 2016 only reiterated all i stand for, which is wanting to cook delicious Homestyle food for the discerning and appreciative palate, the awards are honestly a by-product of the joy and love i put into my cooking!”

Avinash Martins

A truly international chef of the soil, Avinash of the Oberoi school of hotel management fame, was instrumental in setting up and cooking at some of the finest restaurants in India & abroad, picking up his talent from the likes of chef Gary Danko, Hawaii, Thomas Keller, Napa valley, to name a few. Avinash moved back to India and started his own boutique artisan restaurant Cavantina, nestled in the quiet village of Benaulim.

His cuisine celebrates the fusion of local & seasonal with traditional & international experimental cuisine.


Sangy, as she prefers to be called, comes from a rich legacy of Orthodox Syrian Christian food. Her earliest memories go back to her maternal and paternal households in Kerala, where wood stoves burned through the day and rich aromas drifted through the air and every meal was a buffet of delicacies.

Chef Sangy pressed pause on her successful corporate career to pursue her passion: cooking! Five years ago, Sangy moved to Goa with the hopes of opening a specialty restaurant. Quick to relinquish that dream in light of the many challenges restaurateurs face in Goa, Sangy decided that she would instead be a traveling chef; with her pop ups. She also runs a successful catering business, Southern Connection by Sangy, specializing in cuisines from the South of the Vindhya’s.

A Tailor-made Sit Down Meal Experience. Chef Shagun is reputed as one of the Top Chef’s of India. She will call you and take down all dietary requirements and health restrictions before heading to the local markets to source ingredients for your special meal. She will design a menu as per your desires and send it to you to alter should you want to. Or you can leave her to surprise you! This meal will entail several courses of small and large plates starting with an Amuse-Bouche tailing to a pre and main dessert. Each dish will surprise and excite. The table will be carefully designed with details on personalisation with elements that will please the eyes and soul.

Personal Wine Tasting and Learning Session. Shagun Mehrais one of India’s most formidable Oenophiles. Her charm and wit will befriend you further with the bottles of wine she opens for you. This wine session will be designed to suit your group. You will learn how to taste, serve and understand the nuances of wine. Food pairing can be included in this fun workshop. Wine will never be just a beverage once you indulge with Shagun.
