Success Stories - Mckinsey & Co
For their annual company meet in Goa, McKinsey wanted us to include a team-building activity that incorporated freshness and fun along with creativity, credibility and professional panache.
We came up with a dramatic idea – a skit competition that divided the group of 180 persons into six teams, each of which was madeto produce a skit to be performed as the final evening event. Their creative efforts were assisted by well-known theatre professionals including Ash Chandler, Cyrus Broacha, Farid Currim, Naveed Jaffrey and Merlyn D’Souza.
The event went off so well that McKinsey brought their next annual meet back to Goa and our team for an encore performance. This time, we combined a musical ‘antakshari’ and a humorous company quiz game hosted by television & theatre personalities Bharat Dhabolkar and Ananya Dutt, making the evening one to remember.
