Success Stories - WNS
In 2006, WNS approached us to create an intensive team-building exercise for their teams in Mumbai, Delhi and Pune that would culminate in a final group event in Goa.
Always excited by a new challenge, we put our creative drives into top gear and conceptualized a Broadway Musical event. We worked hand-in-hand with the teams in each of the 3 cities over a period of three months to create Broadway-style musicals, complete with lessons in dance, music production, period dressing and even backstage management. We organized a final competition in Goa, which was an incredible display of creativity, camaraderie, and healthy competition.WNS even went on to make a movie of this entire exercise that turned out to be a period of fun, co-operation and team building!
