Bollywood Night Theme

This is one of our most popular corporate themes, and usually has you dancing until the wee hours of the morning. Mimicry artistes, Bollywood look-alikes and dancers welcome you to the evening, getting you into the spirit right from the start. Colourful drapes, low seating, hookah pipes and Bollywood movie posters give the evening an authentic feel. A live band plays Bollywood hits, followed by a leading DJ spinning the latest Bollywood dance remixes guaranteed to make you move.

On arrival
Guests are welcomed by face painters, giving them a look of Bollywood stars, with painted Beards & Moustaches.

Entrance
Guests will be welcomed through a lit up arch resembling a Cannon Camera lens. The same used in Goa for the IFFI entrance.

Venue
The venue will be decorated with colourful posters of Bollywood through the years and a large colourful backdrop resembling a Mega Bollywood stage.

Entertainment
The live band / DJ will start the evening with easy listening music and transgress into Retro & modern Indipop Remixes.
After guests get their initial drinks, the compere - A look-alike of Govinda or Dev Anand / Similar welcomes them to the gala evening.
The evening then continues with acts by Bollywood dancers and a performance by Wendell Grey on the Limbo.. The evening is highlighted by performances by International Fire Dancers.

Flow of Event

• Evening starts with the live band playing soft music, whilst guests get seated and their first drinks..
• The compere (A Bollywood star look-alike) welcomes guests giving them details of the evening entertainment. Band increases the tempo of the music, backed with coercing from the Compere.
• The dancers take stage showcasing item dance numbers from popular Bollywood movies.
• Wendell Grey performance, leading on to dinner.
• Evening continues with DJ switching on to faster dance Indipop tunes.
