Carnival Theme

Goa is the only state in India to host this splendid festival each year. Experience the essence of Carnival in an evening that is an all-time favourite with first-timers to Goa. This celebration of music, food and dance begins with a warm welcome by face painters and tequila shots, followed by King Momo and his troupe of merry-makers bringing you onto the dance floor. The group dishes an irresistible mix of energetic English, Indipop and traditional Goa'n tunes, as well as entertainment including limbo dancers and local folk dances.

On arrival
Guests will be received with face painting, hats, whistles and noise makers.

Entrance
A Large entrance arch will be decorated with streamers and entwined with colourful foil.

Venue
The venue will be decorated with colourful and tinsel streamers with balloons tied to chairs, stage and celebratory arches placed on the periphery of the venue. The Buffet & Bar counters will be highlighted with Carnival designs & backdrops.

Entertainment
The live band will start the evening with easy listening music and transgress into Retro, Goa'n & Indipop.
After guests get their initial drinks, the King Momo Parade comes in with the Brass Band & his troupe of clowns & Merry Makers..
A compere would be given a pre-planned script for the evening.
Wendell Grey, the Limbo artiste will do a 30 minute performance during the evening..

Flow of Event:

• Evening starts with the live band playing soft music, whilst guests get seated and their first drinks.
• The compere welcomes guests reminding them of the Face painters, hats & Carnival paraphernalia.
• Band increases the tempo of the music, backed with coercing from the Compere.
• King Momo comes in with his troupe and declares the celebrations open.
• Wendell Grey performance, leading on to dinner.
• Evening continues with band switching on to Indipop and commercial dance music
• DJ takes over
