Oceans Of Fantasy Theme
Bring the beauty of the ocean right into your conference room: a large underwater backdrop with 3D fish cutouts comes alive bathed in hues of blue UV light; fish bowls - with real fish - as table centre pieces enhance the aquatic mood. You can even choose to have a seafood live counter as part of the cuisine in keeping with the theme.
In the deep crystal blue waters of the sea, reigns the King Neptune along with his subjects, mermaids, and all the creatures of the underwater world. Entertainment is designed with best of live techno & Dj. music. The function venue will be decorated on the theme with props for the stage, dance floor, sitting area, buffet counter and bar counter.
Guests will be welcomed at the entrance arch by the King's maids in a fantasy attire. Face painting counters open to paint underwater graphics images on every guests as they enter.
Underwater cave arch with a lot of coral reeves, fishes, shells at the bottom. One side is highlighted with an anchor dropped with colourful fishnet around it.
The stage backdrop with a 3D dome structure and underwater picture painted with relief fishes and colourful fishnet and shells for the front stage façade.
Counters designed like stalls with underwater painted skirting and side panels with relief underwater creatures.
2-D cut-outs of underwater organisms placed around the function area.
The event area fully covered with par can lights and fluorescent light effects.
Live band with 1500 RMS sound system. Fantasy group of 12 people with a brass band, Dj.
The evening begins with soft DJ. Music being played.
